Step 3: The claim should contain all of the papers the State Health Agency prescribes.

Step 4: The State Health Agency will then assess the claim and decide whether to approve or deny it, either wholly or partially.

Step 5: The reason for acceptance or rejection will be noted in the portal and sent to the hospital.

Step 6: The center will form a steering committee to oversee the scheme’s implementation, led by the Secretary of MoRTH and the CEO of NHA.
