Eligibility Criteria for LIC HFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

To be eligible for the LIC HFL Apprenticeship Program 2025, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Age Limit (as of 1st June 2025)

• Minimum age: 20 years
• Maximum age: 25 years

Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have completed graduation in any stream between 1st June 2021 and 1st June 2025.
• No prior apprenticeship experience should be held.
• Should possess basic computer knowledge and communication skills.

Work Experience

• The candidate must not have an active or completed apprenticeship contract with any organization.

Selection Process for LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2025

The selection process is divided into three stages:

1. Online Remote-Proctored Assessment

• Duration: 60 minutes
• Total Questions: 100 (Multiple Choice)
• Topics Covered:
  • Basics of Banking, Insurance & Investment
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Computer Literacy
  • English Language

This test is conducted remotely. Candidates can appear from home using a smartphone/laptop with webcam and stable internet.

2. Document Verification & Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for:

• Physical Document Verification
• In-person Interview at LIC HFL office in respective state

3. Final Selection

• Final Selection will be based on the Marks in Online Examination and the Interview.
• Final selected candidates will receive apprenticeship offer letters, specifying training locations, stipend details, and program guidelines.

• Dates: 10th – 11th July 2025 (Tentative)

Apprenticeship Training Commencement

Step 1: Register on NATS Portal

• Visit www.nats.education.gov.in
• Click on Enroll, and complete registration using your Aadhaar, email, and academic details.
• Get your Enrollment Number (EAN)

Step 2: Apply via LIC HFL Portal

• Visit www.lichousing.com
• Navigate to Careers → Apprenticeship 2025
• Enter your EAN and complete the application form.
• Upload necessary documents.
• Pay the fee and submit.

Examination Fee Payment

• All eligible candidates will receive an email from BFSI SSC (info@bfsissc.com) to submit the required details and pay the entrance examination fee.
