• The applicant should be a permanent resident of Assam.
• Households should not have toilets.
• Households should not receive government funds to build latrines.
• All BPL households and designated APL households (SC/ST households).
• Households with physically challenged individuals.
• Landless workers with homesteads.
• Small and marginal farmers, as well as women-headed households, lack access to bathroom facilities.

Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin toilet online application process Step by Step Follows:

Step 1: To benefit from the Swachh Bharat Mission Free Toilet, all Indian nationals who meet the qualifying criteria should visit the Online Apply Link (Gramin) and complete the application form online.

Step 2: On the new page, citizens must input their mobile number and select the “Get OTP” option.

Step 3: To finish their process, citizens must enter the OTP they received and the captcha code and then click on the sign-in option.

Step 4: Citizens must now enter their login ID and click the “Get OTP” option.

Step 5: To complete their process, citizens enter the OTP that they obtained and click the submit button.

Step 1: Scroll down and go to the Important Links section.

Step 2: Click on the Online Apply Link (Urban).

Step 3: Now enter the Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address, State and ID type.

Step 4: Enter Your Details and Click on the Register Button.

Step 5: In the next step, you can upload the necessary documents and bank information.
