DHE Assam Student Unique ID: Starting with the academic session 2020-2021, the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) of Assam requires all ambitious students seeking online admission to obtain a unique ID. DHE has issued a notification on the generation of unique IDs.
According to this notification, a web portal has been created to produce a unique ID for eager students seeking online admission in various institutions (State Universities/Government and Provincialised Colleges) under Higher Education (General). Even if they have already filled out the admission form or accepted admission, ambitious students must establish a Unique ID using the Office Web Portal https://directorateofhighereducation.assam.gov.in.

DHE Assam Student Unique ID Generate Process
Aspiring students can apply for a DHE Online Unique ID by visiting the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam’s official website. They can follow the steps outlined below to complete their application for a Unique ID for Online Admission.
Step 1: Scroll down and go to the important links section.
Step 2: Click the Generate Unique ID link.
Step 3: Enter all of your credentials, including personal information, examination and course information, and bank account information, as specified in the form.
Step 4: Click on the “I certify…” section and Hit Submit button .
Step 5: A successful registration will give you the unique ID. Your registration confirmation will be sent to your mobile number. You must write down your generated Unique ID for future reference.
Students who have already generated their Unique ID during the previous Academic Session do not need to generate it again. The same ID will also be used for the current academic session. They can change their registration information by logging in and updating their profile.
