What is the Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme?

The Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme was initiated by Assam’s Chief Minister, Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma. The purpose is to aid financially disadvantaged ladies by providing them with Rs. 1,250 every month. This money is deposited immediately into their bank accounts on the tenth of each month.

This plan aims to support around 27 lakh households in Assam, with a concentration on families headed by women.

Applicants that match the following requirements can apply for the Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme.

• The person who resides in Assam
• The income of the family should be less than 2 lakh per year
• The name of the woman must match with her name in the bank account
• The benefits are for the only woman
• The women who are widows, divorced women, and people with disabilities get priority. 
• A woman who has a government job or retires from a government job cannot apply.
• The family who pay income tax can not apply
• The family who have four-wheelers can not apply

How to Check Payment Status?

• Visit the official PFMS portal, pfms.nic.in
• Click on Know Your Payments
• Enter your bank’s name and choose from the dropdown menu.
• Enter your bank account number and confirm it again.
• Solve word verification as a captcha code.
• Click on Send OTP
• An OTP will be received on the registered phone number.
• Now enter the OTP and verify the OTP
• Finally, you may check the Orunodoi 3.0 payment status with relevant parameters such as scheme name, transaction ID, amount, credit date, transaction date, if payment has failed, failure reason, etc.
